The rooms clean and ambience was great. But the greatest disappointment was we were not allowed to access the pool as it was under maintenance. It wasn't mentioned while booking or while making the confirmation call. The only inclusions we opted while booing the room were swimming pool and breakfast. We were denied pool access and the breakfast was terrible.
